Okaloosa
County is home to three airports that
serve commercial,
general aviation, corporate and military
operations. The Okaloosa Regional
Airport (*VPS), 1701 State Road 85N, is
situated on Eglin Air Force Base, FL,
and provides essential scheduled
commercial air passenger service for a
large portion of the Northwest Florida
area.
The Airport
currently serves over 520,000 passengers
each year with direct service to Atlanta
(Delta / ASA), Cincinnati (ASA), Houston
( American Eagle / Continental), Memphis
(Northwest), Tampa (Continental), St.
Louis (American Eagle).
The American Eagle provides non-stop
service to Dallas, TX and St. Louis, MO.

The Delta Connection provides nonstop
daily service to Atlanta, GA, utilizing
the 66 passenger ATR aircraft and the 50
passenger CRJ aircraft. A.S.A. also
utilizes the 30 passenger EMB 120
aircraft to provide additional service
to Atlanta, GA on Saturdays. Call

The Continental Express service provides
daily Nonstop Jet service to Houston,
Texas a major airports Hub, with service
to thousands of destinations utilizing
the Embraer 145 with a seating capacity
of 50 passengers. Flight duration is
approximately one hour and 30 minutes.

and provides daily Nonstop Jet service
to Tampa, Florida a major Hub, with
service to thousands of destinations
