~ How far ahead of time should I book my
vehicle and driver?
We
recommend that you reserve your vehicle 48 hours
even weeks before you wish to travel. ASAP requests
are subject to availability. *Vehicles and drivers
are secured by credit card information.

What if I decide I do not need the vehicle I have
reserved?
Cancellation Policy:
*Please Note- Credit Card Info. is
required for Deposit to Secure or Cancel for all
transport.
We ask that you notify us of
late arrivals or cancellations as soon as possible
so that waiting/stand-by fees do not incur.
The
service must be cancelled 6
hour in advance, late cancellations or
no-shows will be billed their full planned fare for
services requested.
*Please
Notify within 6 Hours of your scheduled Arrival or
Departure time to Avoid being Charged Full

For
Late arrivals (exceeding one hour) will be
charged a stand by fee for vehicle and driver wait
time. Like any other business our service schedule
does get busy, So please contact us toll free, ASAP
before any delays.
~ What is the maximum capacity of
your largest vehicle?
Our vans can safely hold up to 6
passengers. Please
inform dispatcher of all luggage amounts, extremely
heavy luggage, large or oversized luggage when you
call to book your vehicle. This will help us all
avoid unnecessary delays.
~ When I reserve Airport
transportation, will I have to share that
transportation with other riders?
No. We are a private transportation
service so only You and your chosen guest's &
luggage will be transported with our service.
~ Do you have any Non-Smoking
Vehicles?
Yes, Our Vehicles are Non-Smoking
and No Food or Drinks are allowed to be consumed
while inside( with the exception of bottled water ).
We take great pride in keeping them clean for each
and every passenger that we transport.
